1. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Real Estate Designer, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom printing. While we rarely receive complaints, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review the following return and refund conditions before lodging a request.

2. What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns or offer replacements under the following circumstances:
βœ… Printing or Manufacturing Defects – If the product is damaged, misprinted, or defective.
βœ… Incorrect Order – If we delivered the wrong item, design, or specifications different from the approved proof.
βœ… Faulty Print Quality – If the print is significantly different from the approved design.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Photos of the defect or issue must be provided.

3. What Cannot Be Returned?

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
❌ Change of Mind – As all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns if you no longer want the item.
❌ Customer Errors – If the issue is due to incorrect artwork submission, spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect specifications approved by the customer.
❌ Minor Color Variations – Due to differences in screen displays and the printing process, slight color variations (within 10%) may occur. This is an industry-standard and not a defect.
❌ Size Issues – If the correct size was delivered as per the customer’s order. We recommend checking the size guide before placing an order.
❌ Shipping Delays – We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or postal services.

4. Refunds & Replacements

If your return request is approved, we will offer:
πŸ”„ A Free Reprint – A corrected version of your order at no additional cost.
πŸ’° A Partial or Full Refund – Depending on the issue, we may issue a refund via the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once approved.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this period, production may have started, and changes cannot be accommodated.

  • Late changes due to customer error may incur a restocking fee (minimum of $5 per item or up to 15% of the product price).

6. How to Request a Return or Refund?

To submit a return or refund request, please email info@realestatedesigner.com.au with:

  • Order Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • Description of the Issue (with clear photos attached)

  • Preferred Resolution (Refund or Reprint)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
